There are several possible causes. Please check the following.

1. The Wi-Fi function of the iPad is turned off.

When connecting an iPad wirelessly, make sure the wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) function is turned on in the iPad's settings.

Also, make sure it's connected to the correct access point.

2. More than 6 Stagehand devices (iPads) are connected.

　You can use up to 6 iPads in the same network.

3. Stagehand and DJ equipment are not connected to the same network.

If the wireless LAN router is turned on after the DJ equipment is turned on, it's possible that the DJ equipment and the wireless LAN router won't be in the same network.

・Disconnect the LAN cable from the DJ equipment and reconnect it. If the problem persists, turn off the DJ equipment and turn it on again.

If you're using the wireless LAN feature of the DJM-A9

・Make sure the wireless LAN function of the DJM-A9 is turned on.

・Check that the DJM-A9 and the iPad running Stagehand are connected to the same access point.

*Check the Utility screen of the DJM-A9 to confirm whether the wireless LAN function of the DJM-A9 is turned on or off. For details, see [DJM-A9 Instruction Manual] > [Setting wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)].
