When I start rekordbox, rekordbox does not recognize the DDJ-1000.

This unit is not recognized.

When I start rekordbox, rekordbox does not recognize the DDJ-RZ.

Even if the DDJ-RZ and the computer are connected using a USB after installing the driver software, it is not recognized.

DJM-900NXS2 is not recognized when Serato DJ is launched.

When I connect the computer (Windows) and this unit by USB cable, launch Serato DJ then turn on this unit’s power, this unit is recognized for a second but the connection drops immediately.

Operation is possible with Serato DJ but the sound is not output (The DJM-S9 is not recognized as the audio device).

When Serate DJ is started on a Windows computer which DJM-S9 is connected to, “NO COMPATIBLE DJ DEVICE CONNECTED” is displayed and the virtual deck is not displayed on the screen.

DJM-S9 is not recognized even when Serato DJ is launched.
