Is there a specific order for connecting the DDJ-SB3's USB cable and launching Serato DJ Lite? Can either be done first?

The DDJ-SB3 is not recognized by the computer.
The message [Log in with the computer administrator's account] appears and Serato DJ Lite cannot be installed.
Operation is possible with Serato DJ Lite but the sound is not output (The DDJ-SB3 is not recognized as the audio device). The DDJ-SB3 is recognized by the computer.
After I installed Serato DJ Lite, the ACTIVATE/BUY Serato DJ Pro or BUY/ACTIVATE icon appeared in the License menu. Do I need to activate it or purchase Serato DJ Pro?
