The message [Log in with the computer administrator’s account] appears and Serato DJ cannot be installed.
It takes much time for the controller to be recognized by Serato DJ Intro after the application is launched.
Operation is possible with Serato DJ but the sound is not output (The DDJ-SB2 is not recognized as the audio device). The DDJ-SB2 is recognized by the computer.
When I connect the computer (Windows) and this unit (the DDJ-SB2) by USB cable, launch Serato DJ Intro then turn on this unit’s power, this unit is recognized for a second but the connection drops immediately.
The DDJ-SB2 is not recognized by the computer.
