When I connect the unit to my computer (Windows), a message saying [Installing device driver software] appears. What should I do?
What is driver software?
The message "You need to enter the name and password of the administrator." appears and the driver cannot be installed. (For Mac OS)
With Windows, after I install the driver software and connect the DDJ-RZ and computer via USB, the message "The device driver software was not properly installed" appears.
Is it necessary to install the driver software using Mac OS X?
Even though I try to install the DDJ-RZ driver software to my Mac computer, I cannot proceed from the first window.
I connected the unit to my computer for the first time, but installation of the driver software was canceled before the device status on the computer became available. Can you explain how to reinstall it?
The message "Log in with the computer administrator's account" appears and the driver software cannot be installed. (For Windows)
I don't know how to install/uninstall the dedicated driver software.
