Can I use Serato Scratch Live?

DJM-S9 is not recognized even when Serato DJ is launched.

When I connect the computer (Windows) and this unit by USB cable, launch Serato DJ then turn on this unit’s power, this unit is recognized for a second but the connection drops immediately.

When Serate DJ is started on a Windows computer which DJM-S9 is connected to, “NO COMPATIBLE DJ DEVICE CONNECTED” is displayed and the virtual deck is not displayed on the screen.

Where is the detailed manual related to Serato DJ software?

What are the system requirements (recommended operating environment) for Serato DJ?

I use Windows Vista/XP, Mac OS X 10.7/10.6/10.5. Can I use Serato DJ?

Operation is possible with Serato DJ but the sound is not output (The DJM-S9 is not recognized as the audio device).
