Important notice to mac OS or OS X users
I forgot my Serato account password.
When Serato DJ is launched, Windows crashed.
DJM-900SRT is not recognized when Serato DJ is launched.
When I connect a computer (Windows) and this unit (DJM-900SRT) by USB cable then start up Serato DJ and turn on this unit’s power, this unit is recognized for an instant but then it is immediately disconnected.
This unit is not recognized when it is connected to a computer.
MIDI control is not possible.
This unit is not recognized as an audio device when it is connected to the computer.
