I can’t hear the sampler’s sound from the controller’s headphones output. [djay for iPad]
Check your computer's sound setting.
Does your computer have more than 2 USB ports?
Is there other USB devices connected to you computer rather than DDJ-ERGO?
If you are using an external amplifier, is a set up done properly?
Are you running another software rather than DJ Software?
Is a knob or a slider for audio volume control properly set up?
Is a USB cable properly connected?
Are you using a USB hub?
Follow the Power-On sequence order.
Did you finish setting up DJ Software?
Did you install driver software? (Windows computer users)
No audio output through the master output or headphones.
After performing the setup wizard with the demo version of TRAKTOR 2, no sound is output from the headphones.
Windows users only 1. Audio is not output. or, 2. Cannot control rekordbox.
The AUX sound is not output from the headphones.
