I have installed Serato Video and completed authorization, but I still can’t use it. When I press the DDJ-SP1’s [AUTO LOOP] control while pressing the [SHIFT] button, the video panel does not appear on the screen.
The video panel does not appear on the display when the Serato Video control mode is set.
Video movement sometimes gets jerky when using Serato Video’s video effects.
